Text 708-401-7599 to check availability first before requesting appointment. A $50 Non Refundable Tattoo Consultation Fee is Required. All Clients(New & Returning) requesting custom tattoo designs that require extra time for customization; large pieces such as Cover ups, Half/full sleeves etc Require in person consultation. Small & flash tattoos such as names, symbols, etc do not require a separate consultation and can be done the same day as appointment if enough time and approved by artist.

BOOKING PROCESS
All Clients (New & Returning) MUST DO the following each time you book:

Fill out Tattoo Inquiry Request Form wait 24-48 hours for response. If need assistance text 708-401-7599 for support.
Once your tattoo request is approved you must fill out the Tattoo Consent Wavier Form
Pay Zelle $50 Consultation Fee & $100 Non Refundable Deposit to secure tattoo appointment.
Check text & email to confirm and prepare for upcoming tattoo appointment.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE
Ink by Tisha charges a $200 per hour minimum per client. Prices vary per design per client. Prices & Availability subject to approval and is not guaranteed. All appointments must be approved first before confirming. (Ex: Large Cover up Tattoo $800 per session, requires at least 4+ hours of tattooing usually a second follow up session is required to complete tattoo.
HOW TO PAY DEPOSIT
Zelle $100 Non Refundable Deposit to 708-401-7599 Pay the remaining balance at appointment.
If need alternative payment options are needed please let me know in advance so I can best accomodate you.

*Special Financing Available for Tattoos $800 & up Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna (6% + $.10 fee)
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Ink by Tisha requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. Consultation Fee and is NOT included in price of tattoo session and is separate from tattoo deposit and final price. All clients are responsible for reviewing Ink by Tisha shop policy before making an appointment.
